At WindDaughter.com, we pride ourselves on providing only the very best products in our Online Shop. We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction for any damaged products. So, if you receive any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered, we will definitely agree to replace or refund.
We do however ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photo evidence so we can verify your claim.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Once we’ve verified your claim we’ll either send out a replacement product or issue a complete refund of the purchase price.
In cases where you may receive the wrong product, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse covering the shipping costs. You will have to pay the original shipping cost to send it back to WindDaughter.com. It will be included back to you in your Refund.

You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, WindDaughter.com will not provide a refund unless WindDaughter.com is unable to fulfill your order. WindDaughter.com reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays or a product becoming unavailable.
